Best Bike Rack for 65-LB Bikes with a Tilt-Away Feature for a 2" Receiver

Hi, I need bike rack for 2 bikes, 65Lb each 4x26, with tilt 2 inch trailer hitch, it looks like hollywood racks HR 1500 might do the job however i dont see it listed, if you recommend another brand and model please let me know. by the way you might increase the choices for subjects, just a thought
