Is this T4845900 compatible with ..or necessary to use with Item # T4834100 when a current Ford is the truck towing?

As long as your Ford truck is a 2013 model year or newer, the OEM brake controller is electric over hydraulic compatible which means you would NOT need the Titan # T4845900 Brake Rite SD Adapter in order to use an electric over hydraulic trailer brake actuator like the Titan # T4834100.
