RE: Bristol Double RV Waste Valves Once this double valve unit is installed, is it possible to remove just the valves in order to clean or replace the gaskets? If so, is it just a matter of removing the 4 corner bolts and separating each side? Thanks!

Yes, the Bristol Double RV Waste Valves, # 34466NDHR19AAA are designed in a way to do that. Once installed you can remove the corner bolts for maintenance.

ABS plastic like what the Bristol Double RV Waste Valves #34466NDHR19AAA you referenced is made of can be glued to ABS plastic but plumbing codes won't allow you to glue it to PVC. You can solvent weld this to ABS plastic though!
