Does Solera Screen Room for RV Awnings Have Wind Gust Limit

Question:

Hi! I saw the all weather room review that states it is safe in windy conditions. Is that also the case for the screen room or is this one only safe for calm sunny days?

There is not a specific wind limit for the Solera Screen Room for 16' RV Awning part # LC362218 or others like it.

It has been our experience with these that when the sustained wind gets over 10 MPH the sides start to flex . Under that it is pretty comfortable even with the occasional gust. Once it gets over that 10 MPH and starts to gust well past that it time to bring it and the awning in to prevent any damage being done to both.

The part of the system that would concern us would be the awning itself before the actual screen room. I have seen some that got caught by the wind and went upwards over the roof. It's always a good idea to play it safe.
