In order to tow a trailer with a 2020 Kia Sedona you'll need to start with a trailer hitch and for this I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75894 which has a bolt-on fit and integrated trailer connector mounting bracket half. The next thing you'll need is a trailer wiring harness and for this I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56332 for trailers without brakes or part # TK24FR for trailers with brakes. Please note, in order to mount the harness for trailers with brakes you also need the Mounting Bracket part # PK12711U. If the trailer has brakes, you'll also need a brake controller and a great no-splice option for this is the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180.
The last thing you'll need is a ball mount and hitch ball. I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989899 which is a complete kit with carrying bag.
