What Does Green Light On All the Time Indicate for Tekonsha Voyager
Question:
I have a TEKONSHA VOYAGER 9030 brake controller installed in a 2014 Nissan Frontier. All systems seem to work as expected except, the green LED light stays on even when the vehicle engine is turned off while the 7 pin umbilical cord is connected to the RV. Is this normal? How much power is supplied to the brakes before my battery is depleted?

The green light on the display of the Tekonsha Voyager part # 39510 indicates that a trailer is connected. If you are seeing this all the time on the controller that would indicate that you most likely have some corrosion on the pins of your trailer wiring connector which is tricking the controller into thinking a trailer is connected. This is a very common issue so I'd almost guarantee it's the issue.
