To determine the correct weight distribution hitch for towing your new Outdoor Back Country MTN TRX 21RWS with your 2021 Ram 2500 Mega Cab Diesel you will need to determine your total tongue weight.

Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale such as the etrailer # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.

Since you mentioned that the GVWR of your trailer is 9995lbs and tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the trailer weight you should expect to see 995-1499lbs tongue weight with the trailer fully loaded.

The Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BLU27FR you mentioned is designed for total tongue weights between 1000-1300lbs so it will likely be the correct system for you.

If your total tongue weight exceeds 1300lbs then you will need to step up to the Blue Ox SwayPro # BXW1500 which works with total tongue weights between 1000-1500lbs but does not have nearly as good of built in sway control, so I would add electronic sway control # 335TSC-1000 in conjunction.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
