Yes. In order to install the Redarc Tow Pro Liberty # RED24FR on your 2021 Ford Ranger you'll want to use the Universal Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers # RED69FR. This harness will allow you to hard wire in a Redarc controller on your Ranger.
