The description for this part states its for use on the right side or vehicle, but all images and video are of the left side piece. Does this part fit on the left U.S. drivers side or right U.S. passengers side? Thanks for your time.

The replacement endcap for Thule ProBar Evo Roof Rack part # TH52BJ is the right hand side and the part # TH26ND is for the left side.
