The Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # C17501 would work well for your 2017 Keystone Outback 326RL travel trailer with a tongue weight of 1,100 lbs and dry weight of 8,700 lbs. Tongue weight is typically 10-15% of your trailer's weight, plus any weight that is behind the rear axle of your vehicle so make sure to take that into consideration. This system is rated for a tongue weight range of 1,000 lbs - 1,500 lbs so it would be a good fit and would allow some extra weight to be added to your trailer or truck bed if necessary. Sway control is a nice feature that this system has to offer so your trailer will be able to follow your vehicle nice and straight. The shank is included so you won't have to buy that separately.

Make sure your tow vehicle is properly equipped with a 2" receiver for this system to hook up. Also, make sure your vehicle and receiver have the proper capacities to pull your trailer.
