Due to the weight and length of your Surly Big easy I recommend a Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR. Your Surly Big Easy alone is over 67lbs and its wheelbase is 58"-60". The Sport Rider SE is capable of hauling up to two 80lb bikes with a maximum wheel base of 60". The rack also uses a frame mounting system as it appears both Surley and Trek Allant 8+ S will have fenders.
