Trailer Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier with a Rise in the Shank for a 2012 Toyota Van
Question:
From an existing 2 inch receiver I need to come up 3 inches to 4 inches to install a cargo carrier on a 2012 toyota van. Any ideas?

Some cargo carriers do have a rise in the shank such as # 63153. It has a rise of 2-1/2 inches. Curt cargo carrier # C18110 has a rise of 3-3/4 inches and would be a good option for you.
You could also use a multi-purpose ball mount, # D210. When using the receiver portion it will raise the accessory nearly 4 inches from the top of the hitch receiver opening to the bottom of the receiver on the ball mount. The receiver capacity on D210 is 350 pounds so you have to stay within its capacity. I have linked some videos for you to view.
