Will the platform or the rack be able to support the weight and the tires fit on the platform? I have a Volkswagen Jetta GLI 2013

That depends on the weight of your bikes as well as their tire size; so long as they are 33 lbs or less and have tires that are 3 inches wide or narrower, you will be able to use the Thule rack you asked about:

Bikes larger than that will not be able to fit on the rack.
