From what I've been able to determine, your 2016 Forest River Vibe Extreme Lite 224rls travel trailer uses tandem 3500 lb axles, which means that you'll need standard 10 2-1/4 inch brake assemblies.
I'd recommend self-adjusting brakes like part # AKEBRK-35-SA. After an initial adjustment, the brake assemblies will automatically keep themselves adjusted for the perfect amount of braking. If you don't care to reuse your existing brake mounting hardware, replacement hardware is available as part # BRKH10B which is good for 2 brake assemblies. I'll link to an article that explains how to adjust and break in trailer brakes.
I'd also recommend inspecting the inside surface of the brake drums where the brake magnets ride to make sure it is free of grooves or pitting. Any imperfections in the armature surface of the brake drum will have a negative effect on the performance of your braking system. If any of your drums need replacing, I'd recommend the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K brake drum which would work great assuming your current hubs have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. If you're not sure of the bolt pattern, I'll link to an article that explains how to figure that out.
