We have exactly what you are looking for.
To convert the factory 4-way flat connector on your 2005 Ford F-150 to a 7-way connector I recommend the # ETBC7. This will plug in to the 4-way connector and just require you to make a few more connections. The black wire will get get run to the positive terminal of your battery with the included 40 amp circuit breaker, the white wire will get grounded to the frame of your truck, and the blue wire will get run to the blue wire on your trailer brake controller (If you do not have a trailer brake controller then just run the wire underneath the dash where one would be installed that way it is there if needed in the future.)
In addition to this kit you will also need a no-drill mounting bracket # 18140 to secure the 7-way to your trailer hitch receiver.
Typically a 7-way connector is used for trailers with trailer brakes, so if you are also needing a trailer brake controller I recommend going with the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 due to it being a very reliable controller that has become a favorite among our customers.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
