Need a vent cover for 5 prong vent

The item you are looking for is know as a continuous hinge vent cover. I suggest either # BV0554-03, that is a replacement cover for a 14-1/4 by 14-1/4 inch vent in smoke. Or, the # BV0554-01, in white.

I do suggest that you verify the dimensions of your vent before ordering to ensure that the 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" is correct size.

Based on your picture, I recommend the VentLine Vent Cover, Item #BV0554-01. It looks to be the same size and has a similar hinge. It is a white domed cover that is easy to install. I have attached a video for you to check out.
