just got the Curt receiver....will be ordering the e-2 hitch, the shank, the 2-5/16inch ball, and the socket. What controller do you recommend... have an 04 Denali and pulling a 27foot Cougar. Tekonsha P2 Tekonsha P3 Tekonsha Voyager thanks....

For your 2004 GMC Yukon Denali and Keystone Cougar travel trailer I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # 90195 and Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - GM # 3015-P.
This controller activates trailer brakes in proportion to your vehicle's braking action and automatically adjusts trailer's braking based on deceleration of tow vehicle in real time with no pausing. It has 3 Boost levels let you adjust initial braking power and aggressiveness and 5 storable settings lets you customize this controller for multiple trailers, varying loads or different drivers to fine tune your towing experience.
The custom adapter cable allows you to install your electric brake controller quickly and easily. Simply plug one end of the adapter into your brake controller and then plug the other end into the junction box beneath your GMC Yukon's dashboard.
