Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD 4WD

Question:

How do I determine whether I should order the 6000 or 8000 capacity? I farm and pull a 16’ gooseneck cattle trailer, a 20’ gooseneck flatbed that I mostly haul hay on, and I just got a 14’ gooseneck dumper.

You would get suspension support for your 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with a Timbren setup but the ride quality will be pretty harsh so I have a different route I'd recommend first with the RoadActive Suspension System part # RAS3611-CHD for if you have factory overload springs or part # RAS3611-HD for if you do not. This will give you all of the same support as the Timbrens but will improve the ride quality and handling unlike the Timbren which will be pretty harsh.

Now if you were to go the Timbren route I would recommend the higher rated options part # TGMRTT35S.
