Will Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack Be Able To Hold A Rad Rover Step-Thru Bike?

I have a bike rack on top of my pick up for a trek mountain bike. Will my read rover step through plus fit?

Yes, the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH903202 that you were looking at is a great option for your Rad Rover step-thru bike. This 2-bike carrier can handle up to 3" wide tires and it looks like your bike may have 4" wide tires, in which case you would want to add Fat Tire Straps # TH985101 which hold up to 4-11/16" wide tires.

One thing to keep in mind is that this carrier has a weight capacity of 65lbs per bike. If your bike weighs more than that, then I recommend removing the battery pack when transporting to reduce the weight of the bike; most bike manufacturers recommend doing so anyways.
