To determine the correct weight distribution hitch to tow your 2020 Forest River R-Pod with a 3807lb max weight with your 2016 Ford F-150 Standard Cab Long Bed you will need to find your setups total tongue weight. Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your truck.
The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.
Since based on the numbers you provided of your trailer it has a max weight of 3807lbs and tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the trailer weight you should expect to see 380-571lbs of tongue weight.
The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Hitch # FA92-00-0600 works with total tongue weights between 250-600lbs so it would be a great option for your setup. This hitch has built in two point sway control that does a great job of keeping the trailer straight while going down the road.
This hitch does not include a hitch ball so you will need 2" hitch ball # A-90.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
