Troubleshooting Holes Not Aligning on Trailer with Ultimate Jack Trailer Jack
Question:
I purchased the ultimate jack, thinking it would bolt up to my tent trailer. I have 2 issues, the bolt pattern is slightly off my trailer has threaded bolt holes, and the handle for the pin in the flange hits the cover on my trailer which is covering the lifting crank /cable for the tent . Im looking for solutions and I believe Ill have to rotate the jack, putting the pin off to the side instead of aligned front to back. In terms of bolt pattern on the trailer, is it recommended to slot those openings on the trailer to align with the pattern on the ultimate jack?

The # 322-RDJ-2K Ultimate Trailer Jack can be rotated in any direction as long as one of the holes is facing forward. So rotating the jack will not be a problem.
As for aligning the holes, I would not recommend modifying the jack in any way, since that can void its warranty. If you are having trouble mounting the jack to the trailer I recommend changing the mounting holes in the trailer so they match the holes on the jack.
I have attached a video review for your reference.
