How would this work on my boat trailer? Do you have any that carrier the spare horizontally at 45-degree angle?

The Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier - Fits 4-, 5-, and 6-Lug Wheels # FHDSTC0101 you were looking at bolts to trailer frames that are not larger than 3" wide x 5" tall, and gives 4-3/4" lift and 7" offset to push the tire away from the boat and raise it for additional ground clearance.
As long as your frame does not exceed 3" x 5" this carrier will work perfectly for you.
At this time there is not a spare tire carrier that carries the spare tire at a 45 degree angle.
