The Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter with Transfer Switch # 34279458 has a 1,500 watt capacity so you'll just need to look up how many watts your CPAP machine pulls to determine if the inverter is rated high enough to power it. You'll also want to check for the amp draw to determine if your battery bank will have enough to power it for the entire time.

From what I can find a CPAP machine will typically pull about 30-60 watts without a heated humidifier or 70-100 watts with one, so you'd be well under the capacity of the inverter. As for amp draw I'm seeing a range from 1.5 amps up to 10 amps so you'd just need to check the amp hour rating on the battery bank to see how many hours it could maintain this draw along with anything else that might be getting powered off the RV battery.
