The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW # FA92-00-0600 you were looking does have a spot for the 2" hitch ball # EQ91-00-6080 to get installed which I have pointed out in the included diagram.

Now this hitch is designed to work with total tongue weights between 250-600lbs so to make sure it will be rated correctly for your Jayco Jay Feather X17Z you will need to confirm your total tongue weight.

Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your 2019 Toyota Highlander. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the etrailer # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.

Based on the information I could find on your X17Z it has a GVWR of 4175lbs, and since tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the trailer weight you should expect to see 417-626lbs if the trailer is loaded to the GVWR.

The # FA92-00-0600 will more than likely be correct for you as long as you are on the lower/middle end of the tongue weight range.

If you find your total tongue weight exceeds 600lbs then you will want to step up to the Fastway e2 # FA92-00-0800 which works with total tongue weights between 400-800lbs.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
