Question:
Im looking to order Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4inch Item # 24968 for my 2018 WRX. Im looking at options for a 2 bike platform or tray system. Would either the Thule T2 classic be a good option or is there another option.

I would be happy to help!
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24968 you were looking at for your 2018 Subaru WRX will measure 2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the most outward edge of the bumper.
Since the Thule T2 Classic 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" Hitches - Tilting # TH9045 you mentioned measures 3-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the rack when it is folded up this rack would fit and work perfectly.
The # TH9045 has a 100lb (50lbs per bike if two bikes, 60lbs for single bike) capacity and weighs 50lbs it would be great for carrying your bikes while staying under the 200lb tongue weight rating of the # 24968. This is a top of the line rack that allows you to tilt the rack while the bikes are loaded, and the hooks grab the wheels of your bike protecting your frames from scratches or damages.
The only other rack I would recommend is the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # TH903202 if you have heavier bikes. This rack can accommodate two bikes weighing 65lbs each and weighs only 45lbs so it will still be under 200lbs.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
