How to Mount Thule Pull Top 726 Ski Carrier to Aero Style Crossbars

Hi, Would the Thule Xadapt12 kit work to mount a Thule 726 Pull Top ski rack to a 7502/7503 Aeroblade Edge? This would be on a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. Thank you!

I have a solution for you to use your carrier on your Thule Aeroblade Edge bars, but the old Thule Pull Top 726 does not have a way to mount in crossbar channels. For that reason you'll need to use the Mounting Kit for Thule Pull Top Rooftop Ski and Snowboard Racks # TH7520970001, which will give you clamp on mounts for your Thule Pull Top 726.

You will be able to use the larger size ski carrier from Rhino-Rack, #RR576, that you selected to carry fishing rods. Just be sure to get the rods secured in the carriers properly and that you do not have any hooks or weights that could come loose…

No, they are different; the Replacement Bottom Mounting Clamp #753-2854 has a different hole to hole measurement (4") as the Mounting Kit #TH7520970001 (3-7/8").

The holes on the Replacement Mounting Brackets and Hardware #TH753277902 are spaced 4 inches apart on center. The hardware is steel and the brackets themselves are automotive grade plastic.

I have a roof rack fishing pole rack I can recommend for your, but the INIF6 can only be used on the interior of a vehicle. Instead you would want the Rhino Rack part #RR572 which is a ski rack that can also be used to carry several fishing rods.
