All of our double eye leaf springs are 1-3/4" wide.

If you have 1-3/4" wide springs we have the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 2,500-lb Trailer Axles # e66SR. This spring has a 25-1/8" eye center to eye center measurement and is rated for 1,250lbs per side. You will want to verify that this is the correct capacity for your trailer.

I recommend using a U-Bolt Kit # APUBR-10 as often the U-bolts are damaged or severely corroded.

If your springs are different from what I have recommend please let me know and I can determine if we have anything else to match what you have.

The shackle bolt we offer that measures 3-1/2 inches is part #166079. This is a 9/16 inch diameter bolt and includes the locknut. We do not offer a shackle bolt that measures 9/16 inch x 4 inches.

We do have a couple of bolt-on spring hangers #CE14017G and #CE14016G but they are designed for slipper springs and not double-eye springs like #e77SR. Its not likely that professional welder would charge that much. You might be able to find one…
