Recommended Trailer Hitch Fit for 2021 Volkswagen Atlas
Question:
Well this fit a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas?

Expert Reply:
The # 76419 Class III hitch you referenced is a fit for the 2018-2021 Chevy Equinox and GMC Terrain, so it won't fit a VW Atlas.
As long as your Atlas isn't a Cross Sport, I'd recommend the US made Curt # C24ER. Or, for the Cross Sport, use # C93CR which is also manufactured in the US.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need the # 118754 trailer wiring harness which fits all models except for the Cross Sport or # TK89FR for the Cross Sport. For a ball mount, use the # 2753 ball mount and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
I've linked to installation instructions for the hitches and trailer wiring harnesses mentioned above.
