The spare tire on your Toyota FJ Cruiser will interfere with hitch platform bike racks when in the upright position. To combat this issue you will need a hitch adapter. I recommend the Curt Hitch Extender for 2" Hitch Receivers - 8" Long, part # C45791. This hitch extender will add an additional 10" from your hitch pin hole to the edge of the hitch extender. That extra length should be enough for the Thule EasyFold XT to clear your spare tire. Please keep in mind using any type of hitch adapter will reduce the maximum tongue weight of your hitch receiver by 50%. Your new maximum tongue weight of your hitch receiver will be the lower of the these two values, the reduced maximum tongue weight of your hitch receiver or the tongue weight of your hitch extender, which is 350lbs.
The Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack For 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # TH903202, has a tilt down mast that allows you to have access to the rear of the vehicle, when loaded with bikes or empty. The Thule EasyFold XT has an anti-rattle hitch bolt that eliminates the movement between the hitch bike rack and the hitch receiver and it can lock to your vehicle while locking the bikes to the rack. The Thule EasyFold XT is fender friendly since the padded clamps grab the frame. Lastly, the Thule EasyFold XT does have a ramp.
