What J-Style Kayak Carrier and Cargo Bag will Fit on My 2005 Volvo XC70?

Hello... I am looking for a narrow roof top cargo bag and J-style kayak rack that will fit together at the same time on my XC70 that you have in stock. Thank you for your help!

For a j-style kayak carrier for your factory crossbars on your 2005 Volvo XC70, I recommend the Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carrier # TH834. The Hull-A-Port is a great option because it will fit on your factory crossbars as long as the dimensions of your crossbars measure less than 3-1/8 inches wide and 1-3/8 inches tall. The Hull-A-Port also 2 tie-won straps and 1 set of bow/stern ties to mount your kayak to your vehicle.
As far as a cargo bag recommendation, the available space on your roof rack depends on how how much space your kayak takes up on your roof when in the angled "j-style" position. One piece of information that would be helpful is the width of your kayak when positioned on its side. Since I don't have that information, a safe bet for a cargo bag that fits is the Rhino-Rack Rooftop Cargo Bag - Waterproof - 7 cu ft - 55" x 19-1/2" x 11-1/2" # RRLB200. The Rhino-Rack bag is one of the narrowest bags (19-1/2 inches wide) we carry that still gives you 7 cubit feet of rooftop storage space. Given the narrow dimension of the bag, you should have enough room on your rooftop rack to accommodate it.
