The best cargo bag for your Kuat Mini Skinny Roof Cargo Basket and Bike Carrier MSR1B is the Rhino-Rack Rooftop Cargo Bag # RRLB200 because it is a waterproof bag that will fit nicely in the Kuat basket.

The inside (usable cargo space) of the Mini Skinny measures 52" long x 20-1/4" wide x 5-1/4" deep while the Rhino-Rack Cargo Bag is 55" long x 19-1/2" wide x 11-1/2" tall. Since the bag is a few inches longer it will hang over the front of the basket where the fairing is ever so slightly, but this will not cause any issues because the bag is still 5-1/2 inches shorter than the overall length of the Mini Skinny.
