You may be able to remove the spring bars of the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # C17500 you were looking with the truck at a 45 degree angle, but that would put quite a bit of tension on the spring bars and may make removal difficult.
It is recommended to have the trailer parked on level ground and have the truck as straight as possible when removing the spring bars. It is also helpful to use the trailer jack to lift the trailer and truck as much as possible to remove even more tension from the spring bars.
I included a video of the # C17500 for you to take a look at.
