Difference In OEM And Aftermarket Anti Sway Bars / Recommended Fit For A 2016 Sunseeker 2860 DS
Question:
I have a 2016 Sunseeker 2860 ds 2014 express 4500 chassis. Whats the differance between the aftermarket sway bars, and the OEM.s. Ive installed a safetyplus steering stabalizer, and bilestien shocks. Wondering if the sway bars will make a noticable improvement. Have issues in Montana and South Dakota. Did recently have it lined up.

Aftermarket sway bars are stiffer than OEM sway bars and many come with polyurethane or hybrid bushings. Anti-sway bars are mainly to reduce body roll while cornering while the steering stabilizer's primary function is to dampen or stabilize the side to side movement of the wheels in much the same way shock absorbers limiting excessive suspension movement & oscillation. Both will offer better handling and less body roll for a smoother and safer ride.
The correct fitting anti-sway bars for your 2016 Sunseeker 2860 DS are the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Item # RM-1109-173 and Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar Item # RM-1109-149.
