I have a 2016 f350 with a factory installed puck system in the bed. I have lost the cover for the gooseneck ball hole. Which product do I need.

The Reese gooseneck ball hole cover part # RP30136 that you referenced is the correct replacement for the ball hole cover of your 2016 Ford F-350 that has the OEM rail kit.

What you need is a quantity of two of the Replacement Puck Plug Covers #58199 which will fit and cover the puck holes of your 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
