Hitch Adapter for 2-1/2 inch Hitch of 2020 Ram 2500 for Less Noise
Question:
I have a 2020 ram 2500 that has a 2.5 inch receiver. Ram provided a 2 inch reducer with a collar but it is very sloppy when we hook up out mobility scooter lift. I purchased a wedge but it helps a little without the scooter but hardly at all when the scooter is loaded. Can you refer me to a product that would be better than the factory reducer.

Expert Reply:
The Blue Ox 2 inch to 2.5 inch hitch adapter part # BX88187 doesn't have a collar on it and fits flush with the hitch opening so it would work better with your current anti-rattle and we've also found that it's a tighter fit in general which allows less movement.
I attached a review video link for this for you to check out as well.
