Troubleshooting RV Roof Vent Fan That Only Turns On When Pressing Up On Fan Assembly

Fan only runs while pushing up on the center of the fan blade assembly?

Based on the issue you are describing the motor of your fan has gone bad and has too much play. When you are pushing up on the fan the shaft is engaging allowing the fan to turn on.
We do offer quite a few replacement motors, but the correct one will be dependent on the specific fan you have. If you can provide the model number of your fan I would be happy to make a recommendation for you.
