Speaker 1: Today, we're taking a look at the Performance Tool portable locking storage box with the included mounting bracket. This portable lockbox provides secure store for money, cellphones, passports, handguns, and other valuables. This would be perfect for use in your home, your vehicle, RV, boat, hotel room, workplace, dorm room, and so on. It's a really nice design, it's easy to use, and it's also very versatile, so to unlock it, right now it's locked, so that means that we can not remove it from the bracket. This outer casing is the bracket that I'm referring to.So, you place one of the keys in, move it to an unlock position, and you pull out on the unit, slides out of the box. Now, it also remains locked, so you have to keep the key in the unlock position in order for the box to open.

Now, inside, it offers quite a bit of space for your valuables. It's also soft interior compartment, which protects your valuables from scratches, and scuffs, and so on.The mounting bracket does come with included hardware, so that's going to let you permanently install the box on a stable surface. I really like that these two pieces are separate, because if you have this secured in your vehicle, and if you're staying the night at a hotel, you can unlock it, you can take the box into the hotel, still keep your contents locked, but maybe not in your vehicle. So, really nice. Easy to use, really nice design.

Can be installed either way, very versatile.So, on this side, you have six mount holes. If these mount holes doesn't, or excuse me. If these mount holes don't provide you exactly what you need, you can flip over, and you can use these six holes for installation. Again, comes with some spaces, comes with hardware, also comes with a three foot security cable, which can anchor the lockbox to your vehicle seat post, or anything other fix point.We're looking at a nice durable steel construction with a black powder coated finish on it. Keys are included.

Few measurements to go over with you real quick. The bracket, which is again this portion here, edge to edge going this direction measures 8 and 11/16 inches. Going this direction, measures 6 and 3/8. Top to bottom, is about 2 and 1/8 inches.When it comes to the actual lockbox, this portion here, I did take an overall measurement, so including the little lock portion here at the front all the way to the back. So, very front to very back going this direction is about 8 and 5/8 inches long.

Side to side measures about 6 inches. Top to bottom is about 2 and 1/2 inches.Now, when it comes to the interior measurements, I can give those to you, as well. So, interior, inside edge to inside edge is 7 inches. This direction inside edge to inside edge is 5 and 1.4. And with the lid closed, you do have about 2 inches of height space to work with inside.The cable is 3 feet long by 1/4 inch in diameter, and overall it's nice lightweight system. Very versatile, very easy to use, and it's just a really nice convenient box. Again, it's designed to provide secure storage for the things that really mean the most to you.
