Hello again etrailer friends, I'm Steven. Today we're looking at this Progressive Dynamics 9300 series RV converter charger, a 12 volt system, 80 amp. Now this converter charger will change your AC shore power to DC power to quickly charge your RV batteries or your camper batteries. It's gonna provide continuous power to your DC breaker panel to run your 12 volt loads. It does work with flooded lead acid, AGM, and lithium iron batteries. You can also set it to have a fixed output of 13.6 DDCs.

Now the charging system will sense your battery voltage and decrease the current as the battery approaches the full charge. That way you're never overcharging in this, it's gonna provide an automatic multi-stage charge to extend the battery's life. It does have built-in features to protect the RV's electrical system. It is UL listed and it's made in the USA. Now if you get a nice look at the fins there to help cool it and the fan, it's got a pretty unique design there and everything.

The unit is about six pounds, it's not too bad. Again, it's for 12 volt systems. It's got a rated power output of 1300 watts. You've got all your different connection points here to hook up the main wires. I wanna note it comes with this little tool here behind the yellow tape.

That tool will be used in one of these holes here according to the instructions. That'll let you choose what batteries type you have. So again, just read the instructions that come with it. Very nice set of instructions. You also get the remote pendant here that plugs in.

It's got a nice set of piece of tape on the back to help get everything set up correctly. Now this does have an amperance output of, again, 80 amps. It's got an output with no load on it of 14.7 BDCs, and with the full load, the output is 13.6 BDCs. The input can be between 105 to 130 VACs. You can use this at 32 degrees Fahrenheit, all the way up to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. Now the cable length on this guy is 30 inches long, so a very nice cable there. And as far as the width and everything, I'm getting eight inches by nine inches on the long side. Now as far as the height, I got about three and five eighths inches deep. Again, six pounds, not too heavy at all. Very nice product and you do get a two year limited warranty with this product, which is very nice as well.
