Question:

Hi. I just got the Curt Echo and it connects to my wifes IPhone, but not to my Android. I have a Motorola G7, running Android os 10. Im not connecting through Bluetooth, but trying to connect through the app and it says no device found.

For the Curt Echo # C51180 on your Android Phone you will need to ensure that Bluetooth is on.

You will also want to ensure that the Curt application does have all permissions turned on in the phone settings menu. Go to your phone settings and look for the applications category, then select the Curt app. Under the Curt app you will see a tab for permissions. You will need to allow all the permissions to ensure the app is allowed to use the functions it needs to properly function on your phone.

If you still have issues I recommend deleting the app and reinstalling again to ensure that it wasn't an issue when downloading and installing. If your phone has a security app to protect it be sure that it allows the Curt app to function.
