Which hitch will work with an 8’ utility bed from Royal Truck Beds?

With utility/service beds not sitting the same way as a stock bed, we cannot guaranty the B&W # BWHDRH25600 will fit. That being said, we do still have another option available.
The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Cross Tube # 41990 can be paired with either 7 inch bracket # 4907 or the 16 inch bracket # 4916. This hitch is still rated up to 16,000 pounds so you will not be downgrading to a lesser hitch. Though I do need to mention that this cannot be used with weight distribution systems.
