Troubleshooting Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Control Panel Having Power But Not Turning On

Since you confirmed you are getting power to the control panel of your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 but it is not powering up there is one more thing to check.
You will need to use a multimeter like # PT89ZR and test the communication signal to the controller. To test this you will need to place the black probe of the multimeter on the yellow wire and then place the red probe on the red wire on the back of the touch panel. You should see 5-7 volts. If you do not then the you will need to replace the control module with # LC304136.
If you do have the 5-7 volts but the control panel is not turning on you will need to replace it using # LC421484.
