How are the Bolts Installed on Boxed Frame to Install a Curt Hitch on a 2005 Chevy Colorado

Question:

i have view comments here and not seen the older model i have,in order to get the 2 uppers bolts thru to those 2 holes on each sidemdo you have to remove the bumper? its a box frame with only tiny access hole to squeen the 2 round headed bolts and keys into,i dont see how its possible to do that, the signle side biolt looks easy, but the upper 2 seem impossible, can you respond with how i would install this,if purchased,do i need to remove the bumper to get to the inside frame or use magnet to somehow push the bolts thru the box frame??? i heard of video here, that might help to visualize it-see your pitches attached for reference-you see the 2 bottoms of the bolts, how do you get them inside the frame???

There is a technique used to access hard reach bolt holes called fishwiring. Its basically attaching a carriage bolt and spacer to a wire and then fishing it through an access hole in the frame. I attached a video on this technique that shows you exactly what I am talking about.

I also attached a video of a very similar hitch as the Curt Trailer Hitch # 13252 that you referenced on a similar Colorado as yours.

The fishwire is included with this hitch also.
