I am replacing my high pointe microwave 900w 1350w input the opening in the cabinet is 131/2 in h x 20 in w x14 3/4in d I have a 2016 forest river salem will the 324-000106 microwave fit my trailer

For your 13-1/2 in H x 20 in W x14 3/4in D cutout dimensions the Greystone Standard RV Microwave w/ Trim Kit - 1,350 Watts - 0.9 Cu Ft - Stainless Steel # 324-000106 will be a good fit.

The door of the Greystone Built-in Microwave #324-000106 will sit flush to the trim piece in most cases. We have measured the body of this unit and found that it's 14" long, so it will fit in your 14-1/2" deep cabinet without issue.
