Looking to Reduce wind on ladder racks for a GMC Savana it makes a lot of noise at 45 mph. Any recommendations they sit pretty high?

The best way to reduce wind noise on a roof rack like what you have is with a fairing like the Yakima part # Y05018 that you referenced. What's really great about this fairing is that unlike other options that are roof rack specific this one has universal mounting hardware which allows it to easily fit all crossbar styles so this will fit and work great for you.
