Can the Saris SuperClamp EX be Used for an Electric Fat Bike with Fenders?

Can this rack be used with a rad rover e bike that has 4inch tires with fenders?

I have a great alternative for you. Unfortunately, we strongly discourage buying a wheel-mount bike rack for bikes with fenders. Etrailer currently doesn't carry any single bike rack for fat electric bikes that does not secure bikes by the wheels.
However, for your RadRover with 4-inch tires, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR. The Sport Rider has a maximum per-bike capacity of 80 pounds, and it will safely attach to your bike's frame to avoid damage to the fenders. Also, the Sport Rider will allow you to safely secure your 4-inch tires in the cradles.
If you need a trailer hitch for your 2007 Ford Edge, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit # 75992. The 2-inch receiver on the Draw-Tite Hitch will allow you to attach the Sport Rider with your RadRover and one additional bike.
