2006 E-450 Super Duty Shuttle Bus Trailer Hitch Receiver
Question:
I need to tow hitch for my Shuttle Bus. Is this the correct one?

Expert Reply:
For your 2006 Ford F-450 Shuttle Bus you are going to need to use a universal hitch.
For this you will need to measure how wide your frame rails are apart on the rear of your bus. Then you will need to know how much drop from the frame rails to the bottom of the bumper is required for the hitch to fit.
The Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch # C47CR will fit frames that are 18"-44" wide and brackets have a 9" drop.
The Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch # C99CR will also fit frame 18"-44" wide and the brackets have a 18" drop.
The Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch # C97CR will fit frame 18"-62" wide and brackets have a 9" drop.
The Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch # C59CR will fit frames 18-62" wide and include 18" drop brackets.
