Will Brackets Need To Be Removed To Install Timbren Axle-Less To Detail K2 Utility Trailer?

Question:

Can I add a timbren axleless axle to this trailer without needing to cut off/grind brackets etc...? if not, can I add stock steel in the spring channel and mount the timbrens to that?. I would like to eventually upgrade my axle for a different hub lug pattern and am willing to also upgrade to the timbren axleless 2000lb or if needed to a 3500lb axle so it rides nicer, quieter, stands taller 4inch lift etc... and definitely want to add off road type tires on it. Im getting a new truck soon not sure which one yet and when I do I want the tires to somewhat match as well. i,e... can these be mounted on the this trailer? Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4inch Lift Spindle w/Flange - Off-Road Tires - 2.2K Item # ASR1THDS03 or these - 2nd option? Item # ASR35HDS02. Not too worried about the fender, I can upgrade that too if needed. Thank you for your time answering these newbie questions.

While we have not installed Timbren Axle-Less suspension on this particular trailer, you shouldn't need to remove any brackets on the frame to install the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension # ASR1THDS03 or # ASR35HDS02 to the Detail K2 Mighty Multi A-Frame Utility Trailer - 7-1/2' Long - 1,640 lbs # K2MMT5X7 you were looking at.

Between the two Timbren options I recommend the # ASR1THDS03 as it still uses 3500lb hubs, but the 2200lb rating more closely matches the 2090lb GVWR of the # K2MMT5X7 and will give you the smoothest ride.

This option will give you access to quite a few different bolt patterns, but when you know exactly what bolt pattern you need just let me know.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
