Matching 4-Way Wiring Circuit on Trailer Wiring Red, White, Green, Brown
Question:
Ist?there a problem with my wiring loom , or is there awsy to wire in to trailor plug with just 4 colors, red,green,white brown. No yellow. Can u help pleaseok

Your trailer has RV standard wiring colors which isn't super common for a 4-way setup but basically what you have is:
Red is left turn/stop
White is ground
Brown is right turn/stop
Green is running light
Normally 4-way wiring is the following:
Yellow is left turn/stop
Green is right turn/stop
White is ground
Brown is running lights
So you'd just need to match all of the circuits up accordingly.
