Will this kit fit an 06 Expedition?

I have another option for you, but the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL61792 you were looking at is designed for the 1997-2002 Ford Expedition and will not fit your vehicle.
At this time the only rear suspension enhancement available for your 2006 Ford Expedition is the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension - Front or Rear Axle # CSS-1168 which installs in between the coils of your rear coil springs as you can see in the included picture, and will help to keep your vehicle level when you have a heavy payload or are towing a trailer.
I included a video of the # CSS-1168 for you to take a look at.
