This product, for the 1998-2003 Toyota Sienna van, says that it requires drilling to install. The Adobe file instructions indicate the same thing. Is this true.

For the Class III Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, item # 75120, drilling will be required for installation. the installation is as the instructions read.
